On the navigation menu, click the user account icon (the one beside the search icon) and then in the dropdown, choose "Register". Just fill out all the fields required and after that, you are now registered.

On the navigation menu, click the user account icon (the one beside the search icon) and then in the dropdown, choose "Login". On the login page, click the "Forgot your password" link. After that, it will ask you to submit your email. Enter your email and then click Submit button. After a few minutes you will receive an email that will include a link where you can create a new password for your account. Just click on the link and change your password.

Buying is easy! Follow these 7 steps and you're good to go.

  1. If you have found the engagement ring you want to buy, just click the "Add to Cart" button.

  2. After that, you may now proceed to the checkout page by clicking the "Check Out" button.

  3. Before you can proceed, you are required to log in. If you're not logged in yet, you will be redirected to the Login Page.

  4. On the Check Out page, the first step is to fill out your basic informations.

  5. Next, choose the "Shipping Method" you want. Currently we have two: a. Store Pickup and b. via Air21.

  6. Next is the "Payment Method". Walk-in Payment if you chose Store Pickup, while Dragonpay Payment if you chose via Air21 as your Shipping Method.

  7. After that, a "Thank You" page will appear. You will receive an email as your Order Confirmation indicating that your order is successful. Your order will be processed upon verification of your payment.

Our shipping method indicates how you want to receive your engagement ring.either by shipping to your address or by picking up here in our store.

  • Store Pickup - if you want to pick the engagement ring here in our store. We require you to have a down payment of 50% the total price of your selected ring. Deposit it in our account and after that, send the deposit slip to us at orders@engagementring.ph. We will need to verify the deposit slip before we process your order. Refer to the email you receive for a more detailed instruction.

  • via Air21 - if you want the engagement ring to be shipped in your address. You will need to pay via Dragonpay. Note that the ring will be delivered at least 15 working days upon processing of your payment.

Dragonpay is one of our payment methods which applies to customers who chose "via Air21" as their Shipping Method. From their website, Dragonpay provides innovative payment solutions to help us accept or disburse payments online that offers us convenience and better protection against fraud. Dragonpay has 2 basic payment type:

  • Online Bank Payment / Online Banking - for those that have online bank accounts. Currently supported banks include BDO, BPI, Metrobank, RCBC, RCBC Savings, Unionbank, UCPB, Chinabank, PNB, and EastWest Bank, with several more banks to follow in the near future.

  • Offline Bank Deposit / Over the Counter - for those that prefer to make a deposit payment over-the-counter. Currently supported bank for over-the-counter deposit are Banco de Oro (BDO), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Metrobank, Rizal Commercial Banking Corp (RCBC), Chinabank, EastWest Bank (EWB), Landbank, Maybank, Philippine National Bank (PNB), Security Bank, United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), and Unionbank, with more banks to follow.

Walk-in payment applies for customers who chose "Store Pickup" as their shipping method. The customer will need to make a deposit of 50% the total price of their selected ring to our bank account. The other 50% will be paid upon pickup of the ring in our store (a more detailed instruction and information will be sent via e-mail).
