Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Engagement Ring for Her. Do note that shipping will only be facilitated once orders are fully PAID. For Dragonpay payments, please READ the instructions carefully. There is a deadline stated for all Dragonpay payments. If you haven’t paid after the said deadline, you have to reorder again and create a new transaction as your order will automatically be cancelled. If you have paid after the deadline, kindly contact our customer service at +63.918.925.8847 / +63.922.825.8847 / +63.920.921.6837 / +63.2.725.8311 for manual processing of your orders.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All PAID orders are processed within 3-5 business days (for on stock items). If no stock, production lead time is 10 to 14 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered during Sundays or holidays.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are at a standard rate based on weight.

For shipments via Air21, there will be 1% insurance for the declared value. Shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Should there be bad weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you received your order damaged or defective, please contact our customer service at orders@engagementring.ph to file a claim. Please store and take a picture of all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.
